Tangem Walletで忘れたアクセスコードをリセットする方法

Tangemカードのアクセスコードを忘れた場合や、すべてのカードのコードを変更したい場合は、Tangemアプリで簡単にリセットできます。

When resetting an access code, you must have another backup card to confirm the code reset. Therefore, you'll require two cards to reset your access code— the card whose access code you want to change and an additional card from your backup set for confirmation.

Here's how to reset a forgotten access code:

1. Tangemアプリを開き、セットアップまたはウェルカムページでScan cardをタップします。

2. Forgot your code?をタップします。

3. 新しいアクセスコードを入力し、再度入力して確認します。

4. Continueをタップします。

5. リセットしたいカードをタップします。15秒のカウントダウンが終わるまで待ち、その後Continueをタップしてください。

Please ensure that the card number shown matches the card you're tapping. 

6. Tangem Walletセットのバックアップカードをタップします。15秒のカウントダウンが終わったら、Continueをタップしてください。

7. 復元中のカードをもう一度タップします。

8. OKをタップします。

9. Tangemをもう一度スキャンします。これでアクセスコードのリセットが完了し、新しいアクセスコードでウォレットにアクセスできます。
