ServiceNow exceeds Q2 2026 forecasts with strong growth

ServiceNow outperformed in Q2 2026, with strong revenue, subscription growth, cybersecurity gains, and AI initiatives, despite market volatility and automation concerns.

ServiceNow exceeded expectations in its second-quarter 2026 results, reporting a 22% year-over-year revenue increase to approximately $3.93 billion. Subscription revenue also grew by 24.5%. The company made significant strides in cybersecurity, consolidating its digital protection segment through strategic acquisitions like Armis and Veza. Despite market volatility and concerns about disruption from artificial intelligence, ServiceNow reaffirmed its ambitious revenue and profitability goals through 2030. Remaining performance obligations rose to $13.2 billion, up 21% year-over-year, and the company completed 123 contracts valued at over $1 million. ServiceNow is focusing on AI-driven orchestration and a hybrid pricing model to mitigate the risk that automation could impact subscription demand. The integration of Armis is considered a key growth driver, while investors are closely monitoring margin trends and backlog conversion.
