LG Electronics unveils blockchain ad platform with Arbitrum

LG and Arbitrum are launching a blockchain ad platform to automate trading, enhance transparency, and streamline digital ad management. The project boosted Arbitrum’s ARB token and targets wider rollout soon.

LG Electronics has teamed up with Arbitrum to launch a blockchain-based advertising platform, leveraging Arbitrum’s layer-2 Ethereum technology. This new system is designed to automate and streamline the buying, selling, and management of digital ads, providing a shared database for advertisers and publishers while securely recording customer interactions. By enabling programmatic ad trading through smart contracts, the platform aims to boost transparency and efficiency in the advertising sector and reduce reliance on intermediaries. LG has already piloted the project with a Japanese ad agency and is considering a broader market rollout later this year, with commercialization under review for 2026. The announcement sparked a surge in Arbitrum’s ARB token, reflecting strong market optimism. This initiative builds on LG’s previous blockchain projects and highlights the company’s commitment to integrating blockchain technology into its advertising operations.
