Capital B, a French-listed company, has acquired 376 Bitcoin for €25.3 million following capital raises exceeding €30 million. The purchase was funded through a €1.44 million at-the-market offering and a €28.7 million private placement. As a result, Capital B’s total Bitcoin holdings have increased to 3,521 BTC. The aggregate acquisition cost for all holdings now stands at €309.4 million, with an average price of €87,878 per Bitcoin. Year-to-date, the company reported a Bitcoin yield of 2.17% and a gain of 61.3 BTC. These recent capital raises involved institutional investors and utilized both ongoing and one-time financing channels, highlighting Capital B’s flexible treasury management. This acquisition marks the company’s largest Bitcoin purchase in a year, reinforcing its strategy to expand digital asset reserves.
