Strive has expanded its Bitcoin treasury by acquiring 1,110 BTC for approximately $81.5 million at an average price of $73,409 per coin between August 17 and 21, 2026. This purchase increased Strive’s total Bitcoin holdings to 21,356 BTC, valued at about $1.69 billion. The acquisition was financed through at-the-market offerings of ASST and SATA shares, raising cash and cash equivalents to $171.9 million. The company’s share count also rose, with Class A shares up by roughly 3.65 million and SATA preferred shares by around 441,000. This move coincided with a rally in Bitcoin’s price toward $79,000 and a significant rise in ASST stock. Strive’s strategy of leveraging capital markets to fund ongoing Bitcoin acquisitions has positioned it among the top public BTC holders, reinforcing its aggressive accumulation approach.
