H100 Group to triple Bitcoin holdings in major acquisition
H100 Group will acquire Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS, boosting its Bitcoin holdings to about 3,500 BTC and becoming Europe’s second-largest listed Bitcoin treasury.
H100 Group shareholders have approved the acquisition of Norwegian firms Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS, which together hold approximately 2,450 Bitcoin. This all-share transaction will increase H100’s Bitcoin reserves from 1,051 BTC to around 3,500 BTC, making it the second-largest publicly listed Bitcoin treasury in Europe. Under the agreement, existing H100 shareholders will retain 30% ownership of the merged entity, while the sellers will receive 70%. The deal is structured to consolidate Bitcoin assets into a larger, publicly traded company, with no cash component involved. Additionally, H100 secured a SEK 21 million (about $1.98 million) investment via a convertible loan, with an option to expand the commitment to SEK 277 million. The acquisition is expected to close in Q3 2026, pending regulatory approval. Despite a stock decline of over 90% in the past year, H100 aims to become a leading Bitcoin treasury in Europe.
