Grant Cardone adds $100M Bitcoin to real estate deal

Grant Cardone added $100M in Bitcoin to a $235M real estate deal, creating a hybrid fund targeting 22–32% annual returns and raising his firm's Bitcoin exposure to $200M.

Grant Cardone has expanded his investment strategy by adding $100 million in Bitcoin to a $235 million real estate deal, increasing his firm's total Bitcoin exposure to approximately $200 million. This innovative hybrid approach, announced at Consensus Miami 2026, combines income-generating real estate with Bitcoin within a single LLC structure. Cardone asserts that this model can outperform traditional real estate investment trusts (REITs), which are unable to hold Bitcoin, by pairing stable property cash flows with the potential upside of cryptocurrency. He projects annual returns between 22% and 32%, significantly higher than typical REITs. Notably, 80% of investors in the fund had never previously owned Bitcoin, highlighting the model's appeal to crypto newcomers. Cardone's strategy exemplifies the growing trend of integrating digital assets into traditional investment vehicles, aiming to leverage both real estate stability and Bitcoin's growth potential.
