Ledger expands in US with new CFO and NYC office
Ledger appoints John Andrews as CFO and opens a NYC office to drive U.S. growth, create jobs, and support institutions, while exploring a $4B U.S. IPO.
Ledger has announced a significant expansion in the United States, appointing John Andrews—formerly of Circle—as its new chief financial officer. Alongside this leadership change, Ledger is opening a new office in New York City, which will serve as a hub for Ledger Enterprise and support the company’s institutional growth. The New York office is expected to create numerous job opportunities and strengthen Ledger’s relationships with banks, asset managers, custodians, and stablecoin issuers. This move aligns with Ledger’s strategy to solidify its position in the U.S., its largest market. Additionally, Ledger is considering a potential U.S. initial public offering that could value the company at over $4 billion. The expansion comes in response to rising demand for secure digital asset infrastructure as more institutions enter the crypto space.
