Ripple’s $5M deal puts XRP logo on Florida Gators’ field
Ripple’s $5M annual deal with Florida Athletics puts the XRP logo on the Gators’ football field, expands digital branding, and funds financial education, following a similar partnership with Kansas.
Ripple has entered a multi-year partnership with the University of Florida’s athletic department, placing the XRP logo on the playing field at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium starting with the 2026 football season. Valued at approximately $5 million per year, this sponsorship ranks among the most lucrative field-logo deals in college sports. The XRP logo will be displayed at both 25-yard lines, making its debut during the Gators’ season opener against Florida Atlantic. Beyond field branding, Ripple’s agreement includes digital media rights, event signage, and funding for financial and technology education programs for student-athletes and the campus community. These initiatives cover both traditional finance and digital assets. This partnership follows a similar deal with the University of Kansas, where XRP patches appeared on athletic uniforms—the first time a cryptocurrency logo featured on major college sports jerseys. The move highlights Ripple’s broader strategy to boost XRP’s visibility and engagement within both the sports and crypto communities.
