Blast Network Shutdown: How to Withdraw Your Assets
This article is available in the following languages:
The Blast network is shutting down. If you hold assets on Blast in your Tangem Wallet, we recommend transferring them to the Ethereum Mainnet as soon as possible.
October 26, 2026, is the deadline for withdrawals through the regular Blast Bridge interface.
After this date, withdrawals will still be possible, but will require direct interaction with smart contracts on Ethereum, making the process more complicated.
How to withdraw your assets
You can transfer your assets to Ethereum using the official Blast Bridge.
- Open the official Blast Bridge.
- Connect your wallet via WalletConnect and select Withdraw.
- Choose the asset and amount you want to transfer.
- Confirm the withdrawal transaction in your wallet.
- Follow the bridge instructions to prove and complete your withdrawal on Ethereum.
Withdrawals involve an approximately 24-hour waiting period and require additional transactions to complete.
Important things to know:
- You need ETH on both Blast and Ethereum to cover network fees.
- USDB is withdrawn as DAI on Ethereum and requires an additional processing step.
- WETH must first be converted to ETH on Blast.
- Other tokens may require additional steps before they can be withdrawn.
For detailed instructions, visit the official Blast withdrawal guide.
What happens after October 26?
Your assets won't automatically disappear after the deadline. However, the standard withdrawal interface will no longer be available, making it more difficult to access your funds.
We strongly recommend withdrawing your assets before October 26.
