Jito Labs launches JTX, boosting Solana DeFi
Jito Labs launched JTX, a self-custodial Solana trading platform for pros, offering spot trading, advanced tools, and a fee-sharing model to boost DeFi and JTO demand.
Jito Labs has introduced JTX, a self-custodial onchain trading platform built on Solana, designed for professional traders. JTX enables spot trading for a range of Solana ecosystem assets, including cbBTC, SOL, HYPE, various memecoins, and tokenized real-world assets such as stocks and ETFs. The platform features advanced trading tools like limit orders, automated execution, and conditional orders. Users maintain full control of their private keys and settle trades directly onchain, ensuring security and transparency. JTX also implements a fee-sharing model: 80% of trading fees go to Jito DAO for JTO token buybacks and burns, while 20% are allocated to referrers. Jito Labs aims to bridge the gap between self-custody and professional trading, enhancing Solana’s DeFi ecosystem. Future plans include adding perpetual futures, prediction markets, and a mobile app. The launch has attracted significant attention, with expectations for increased adoption and positive impact on JTO and the broader Solana network.
