Binance Supercharges Trading With USD1 Stablecoin Integration

Binance has integrated World Liberty Financial’s USD1 stablecoin, enabling fee-free trading against major cryptocurrencies and converting BUSD reserves into USD1. The stablecoin, fully backed by U.S. assets, now has a $2.75 billion market cap.

Binance has integrated World Liberty Financial’s USD1 stablecoin into its core infrastructure, allowing users to trade major cryptocurrencies such as BNB, Ethereum, and Solana against USD1 with no conversion fees from USDC or USDT. The exchange is converting all reserves backing its BUSD-pegged token into USD1, making the stablecoin a key part of Binance’s collateral and liquidity systems. USD1, fully backed by U.S. Treasuries, cash, and equivalents, has a market capitalization of approximately $2.75 billion, with significant trading volumes on Binance and other platforms. The stablecoin’s integration follows a $2 billion investment in Binance from Abu Dhabi-based MGX, which used USD1 for the transaction. The move is described as a significant step in expanding global access to digital dollar stablecoins, with Binance offering zero-fee exchanges between USD1 and other major stablecoins. USD1 is now used as collateral across Binance’s systems, enhancing liquidity and accessibility for users worldwide.
