Animoca Brands backs AllScale for stablecoin, AI payments

Animoca Brands invested in AllScale to expand stablecoin payments and AI-powered commerce, enabling global, cross-chain, and agentic payment solutions for its ecosystem.

Animoca Brands has made a strategic investment in AllScale, a provider of stablecoin payment infrastructure. The investment amount remains undisclosed. This partnership aims to expand stablecoin-based payment solutions and support AI-powered commerce throughout Animoca Brands’ ecosystem, which includes over 600 portfolio companies. AllScale’s platform delivers tools for cross-border payments, payroll, invoicing, settlement, and payment collection, enabling businesses to move funds globally with near-instant settlement. The infrastructure supports regulated stablecoins such as USDC and USDT, and features automated cross-chain transfers, asset swapping, transaction screening, privacy controls, and direct settlement into self-controlled wallets. Both companies plan to collaborate on developing agentic payments, allowing AI agents to autonomously provision and settle transactions. AllScale currently serves more than 1.5 million registered wallets and has integrated its systems with active blockchain networks, aiming to simplify and reduce costs for international businesses.
