Deutsche Börse Integrates EURAU Stablecoin, Boosts Digital Finance

Deutsche Börse will integrate AllUnity’s EURAU euro stablecoin into its infrastructure, enhancing digital asset strategy, enabling regulated on-chain payments, and improving euro liquidity for institutional participants.

Deutsche Börse is set to integrate the EURAU stablecoin, a euro-pegged digital asset issued by AllUnity, into its financial market infrastructure. The integration will begin with institutional custody via Clearstream and sub-custody by Crypto Finance, ensuring compliance with the EU’s MiCA regulatory framework. This move expands Deutsche Börse’s digital asset strategy, following previous integrations with other euro-backed stablecoins such as EURC and EURCV. The partnership aims to bridge traditional finance and crypto, enabling euro-denominated on-chain payments, settlement, and liquidity services under regulatory oversight. The adoption of EURAU is expected to facilitate faster, more efficient cross-border payments, improve liquidity management, and reinforce confidence in regulated digital assets. The collaboration may also set a precedent for other stablecoins, increasing euro-denominated transaction volumes and regulatory-compliant financial innovations. Launch details for EURAU are still pending, but the integration demonstrates a significant convergence between regulated capital markets and digital asset technologies.
