Flowra and Honeypot bring custom compliance to Solana

Flowra and Honeypot now enable Solana validators to set custom compliance rules, integrating sanctions and risk screening directly into block-building.

Flowra, an orderflow auction and validator infrastructure platform for Solana, has partnered with compliance provider Honeypot to integrate sanctions and risk screening directly into the block-building process. This collaboration merges Honeypot's compliance intelligence with Flowra's Programmable Block Policy (PBP), enabling institutional validators to set customizable compliance rules for transaction and bundle inclusion during block construction. The integration allows for screening wallet addresses linked to sanctioned entities, as well as network-level indicators such as VPNs, proxy services, and Tor exit nodes. This addresses a significant portion of network traffic that uses obfuscation techniques. Each validator can independently define and enforce its own compliance policies, offering flexibility and autonomy while supporting evolving regulatory and operational requirements. The framework is also designed to accommodate additional enterprise compliance providers in the future, reflecting the growing demand for compliance infrastructure as institutional participation in Solana increases.
