FTX will distribute $900M to creditors on July 31, 2026, in its fifth repayment round. Total payouts will near $10B. Eligible claimants must meet requirements by June 16 to receive funds.

FTX is set to distribute approximately $900 million to creditors on July 31, 2026, marking the fifth round of repayments under its Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan. With this payout, total distributions since early 2025 will approach $10 billion. Eligible creditors—including those in the Convenience and Non-Convenience Classes—must have completed all pre-distribution requirements by the June 16 record date to qualify for payment. Distributions will be processed via providers such as BitGo, Kraken, or Payoneer, with funds expected to arrive within one to three business days after the process begins. This round will also include payments to preferred equity holders for the first time. Certain claim classes, such as Dotcom and U.S. Customer Entitlement Claims, will reach cumulative recoveries of 105%, while Convenience Claims will reach 120%. The FTX estate is also seeking court approval to reduce the disputed claims reserve, which could release additional funds for creditors.
