Binance Unveils New Spot Pairs and Zero-Fee Stablecoin Trading

Binance expands its offerings with new spot pairs: LINK/USD1, PEPE/USD1, USDC/MXN, and United Stables U with U/USDT and U/USDC, including a zero-fee promotion for early U traders.

Binance has announced a major market expansion, unveiling plans to list several new spot trading pairs, including LINK/USD1, PEPE/USD1, USDC/MXN, and the U token with both USDT and USDC pairs, all set to commence trading on January 13, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. UTC. The new listings are designed to enhance market accessibility and liquidity, catering to diverse segments such as Chainlink's oracle network, meme coin enthusiasts, and cross-border transactions involving the Mexican peso. United Stables U, a stablecoin backed 1:1 by fiat and established stablecoins, has also been listed with U/USDT and U/USDC pairs, featuring a zero trading fee promotion for early users. United Stables U aims to unify major stablecoins into a single liquidity layer, supporting trading, payments, DeFi, and institutional settlement, with transparent on-chain proofs and audits. These strategic listings are expected to boost trading volumes and provide users with increased flexibility and reduced costs, while regional restrictions may apply due to local regulations.
