KindlyMD risks Nasdaq delisting after its stock stayed below $1 for 30 days. The company, holding 5,398 BTC, must raise its share price above $1 for 10 days by June 2026 to avoid removal.

KindlyMD, a healthcare and Bitcoin investment company, is at risk of being delisted from the Nasdaq after its stock price remained below $1 for 30 consecutive trading days. The company received a formal non-compliance notice and has until June 8, 2026, to raise its share price to at least $1 for 10 consecutive trading days to avoid delisting. The stock, which last traded above $1 in early October, recently closed at $0.38, marking a significant decline of up to 99% from its record high in May. KindlyMD holds 5,398 Bitcoin, valued at approximately $466 million, making it one of the largest corporate holders of the cryptocurrency. The company is considering options such as a reverse stock split or transferring to the Nasdaq Capital Market to maintain its listing. The situation underscores the challenges faced by crypto-focused firms in meeting traditional financial regulations amid ongoing market volatility.
