HumidiFi's WET Token Soars After Upbit and Bithumb Listings
HumidiFi's WET token surged up to 54% after listings on Upbit and Bithumb, with trading volumes and active wallets rising sharply. The move boosted WET's market cap and reinforced its position in the Asian crypto market.
HumidiFi's WET token experienced a significant surge following its listings on major South Korean exchanges Upbit and Bithumb. Upbit announced the addition of WET trading pairs with KRW, BTC, and USDT, with trading commencing on December 15. The listings led to a rapid price increase, with WET rallying from $0.17 to as high as $0.28, marking gains of up to 54%. Trading restrictions were temporarily imposed at launch to ensure market stability. The heightened activity resulted in increased trading volumes, a rise in active on-chain wallets, and a boost in token ownership to over 6,200. WET's market cap reached $62 million, with a fully diluted valuation exceeding $271 million. The token's performance was further supported by growing open interest on derivative exchanges and a notable presence on platforms like Binance, Bybit, and OKX. The successful listings and subsequent rally have reinforced market confidence in HumidiFi, positioning WET as a prominent asset in the Asia-Pacific crypto landscape.
