Webull to launch regulated crypto perpetual futures in US

Webull will offer regulated Bitcoin and crypto perpetual futures to eligible US clients via Kalshi in November 2026, with broader access and more assets planned, pending regulatory approval.

Webull is set to launch Bitcoin and select cryptocurrency perpetual futures for eligible US customers in November 2026. This move is in partnership with Kalshi, which will provide regulated trading and clearing infrastructure. The perpetual contracts, featuring no expiry date and periodic funding payments, will be listed on KalshiEX and cleared through Kalshi Klear, both overseen by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Initially, only qualified clients will have access, but Webull plans to expand availability to a broader user base before the end of the year. This initiative aims to provide a regulated alternative to offshore perpetual futures trading, enhancing Webull’s derivatives offerings without the need to establish a new exchange or clearinghouse. While the CFTC has approved Kalshi’s Bitcoin perpetual contract, additional crypto assets will require separate regulatory review. The global perpetual futures market is substantial, with trading volumes reaching tens of trillions of dollars in 2025. Webull’s expansion highlights growing demand for advanced crypto trading products among US investors.
