Yooldo $ESPORTS token plunges 90% after insider dump
Yooldo's $ESPORTS token crashed over 90% in 24 hours after insider-linked wallets dumped nearly half the supply, overwhelming liquidity and erasing $110M in value. Analysts had flagged suspicious activity before the collapse.
The $ESPORTS token, native to Yooldo's GameFi platform, suffered a dramatic collapse on May 25, 2026, losing over 90% of its value in just 24 hours. This sharp decline was triggered by a coordinated sell-off of approximately 178–197.8 million tokens—about 43% of the circulating supply—by wallets reportedly linked to project insiders. These tokens were exchanged for around 20,401 BNB, valued between $12.7 million and $13.68 million, which overwhelmed the available liquidity. As a result, the token's price plummeted from nearly $0.75 to about $0.05. On-chain analysts had previously flagged suspicious wallet activity and large transfers to exchanges, but the market failed to respond in time. The sell-off erased over $110 million in market capitalization and triggered more than $6 million in liquidations. Remaining holders now face ongoing risks from large wallets that still control significant token balances. The incident has raised serious concerns about internal governance, transparency, and the vulnerability of thinly traded GameFi tokens to concentrated selling.
