H100 Group to Acquire Swiss Bitcoin Firm Future Holdings in Major Deal

H100 Group plans to acquire Swiss Bitcoin treasury firm Future Holdings AG for about 600,000 Swiss francs in shares, aiming to expand its institutional crypto presence in Europe. The deal is expected to close by January 2026.

Sweden-listed H100 Group has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire Swiss Bitcoin treasury firm Future Holdings AG, co-founded by Adam Back, Richard Byworth, and Sebastien Hess. The acquisition, valued at approximately 600,000 Swiss francs and to be paid in newly issued H100 shares, is expected to close by January 2026 pending regulatory and corporate approvals. Future Holdings, which raised significant capital to build its Bitcoin reserves, manages assets for high-net-worth and institutional clients within Switzerland’s established regulatory framework. The deal will give H100 direct access to Future Holdings’ expertise and client base, strengthening its position in the European institutional crypto market. The merger is seen as a strategic move to create a public-market platform and governance framework, enhancing institutional trust in Switzerland. H100’s acquisition aligns with a broader trend of increasing institutional adoption of Bitcoin as a treasury asset across Europe.
