BitVentures Limited has officially launched its Digital Assets segment, marking a strategic shift from its previous focus on technology investments and asset management to cryptocurrency mining and blockchain infrastructure. Following a recent rebrand and Nasdaq relisting, the company has acquired fleets of Bitmain mining hardware, including Antminer S21 XP Hydro, S21 XP air-cooled, and L9 miners, with a total hosting capacity of 0.5 MW across U.S. data centers. Deployment is set to begin in January 2026, with full operations expected in the first quarter. BitVentures aims to mine Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Dogecoin, employing a diversified and energy-efficient approach to optimize profitability and manage risk. The company emphasizes disciplined power-cost control, modular scaling, and reinvestment into more efficient rigs. Future plans include expanding into digital asset services such as staking, node operations, and ecosystem partnerships. This move positions BitVentures as a new entrant in the U.S. crypto mining sector, leveraging advanced hardware and a compact operational footprint to validate its business model and performance metrics.
