Strive Unveils $500M Stock Offering to Expand Bitcoin Holdings
Strive Asset Management is launching a $500 million preferred stock offering to acquire more Bitcoin and related products, support corporate purposes, and expand its position as a major corporate Bitcoin holder.
Strive Asset Management has announced a $500 million preferred stock offering to fund further acquisitions of Bitcoin and Bitcoin-related products. The proceeds from this at-the-market offering will also be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, share repurchases, debt repayment, and the purchase of income-generating assets. Strive, which currently holds 7,525 Bitcoin valued at approximately $694 million, is among the largest corporate holders of the cryptocurrency. The offering, structured with a 12% annual dividend rate for its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, provides flexibility to sell shares directly to the market over time. Strive's shares have seen significant gains following the announcement, and the company manages over $2 billion in assets. This move underscores Strive's aggressive strategy to expand its Bitcoin treasury and reflects the growing institutional interest in digital assets.
