BNB Standard unveils BNB-focused strategy on Nasdaq

BNB Standard rebranded from CEA Industries, rang the Nasdaq Bell, and unveiled a BNB-focused strategy. The company will expand from holding BNB to building businesses on BNB Chain.

BNB Standard Corporation, formerly CEA Industries, marked its rebranding by ringing the Nasdaq Opening Bell on October 26, 2026. The event featured new CEO Alex Odagiu and Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ), highlighting the company’s new direction. BNB Standard claims to hold the world’s largest corporate BNB treasury, with over 515,400 BNB tokens valued at more than $300 million. This holding represents the majority of the company’s assets and underscores its commitment to the BNB ecosystem. Looking ahead, BNB Standard plans to diversify by operating validator nodes and developing businesses on the BNB Chain. This strategy aims to generate revenue from network activity, moving beyond simply holding BNB. The rebranding and strategic shift are designed to attract investors seeking crypto exposure through traditional markets. The event was not an IPO but a public introduction to the company’s new leadership and ambitions within the crypto industry.
