Alpha Modus Holdings' subsidiary acquired 3,170 bitcoins worth $250M+, with potential to raise $225M more. The company is expanding its ARIA AI retail platform and advancing patent litigation.

Alpha Modus Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMOD) announced that its subsidiary, AMOD Tech Pte. Ltd., now holds 3,170 bitcoins valued at over $250 million, based on a market price of $82,525.80 per bitcoin as of October 20, 2026. The acquisition was completed on September 30, 2026, in exchange for approximately 51.6 million common shares and associated warrants. The transaction also included warrants to purchase an additional 51.6 million shares at $4.36 per share. If fully exercised for cash, these warrants could provide about $225 million in additional proceeds to the company. Separately, Alpha Modus Corp., another subsidiary, entered a beta testing agreement with Greer’s Markets, a grocery chain with 29 locations, to deploy its ARIA AI retail platform. Additionally, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas recently denied motions to dismiss in patent infringement cases brought by Alpha Modus Corp.
