Spiko secures $90M to expand tokenized cash funds
Spiko raised $90M in Series B, totaling $120M. Its tokenized cash funds, now at $2.7B AUM, will expand into new European markets and launch new products.
Spiko, a fintech specializing in tokenized cash funds, has secured $90 million in a Series B funding round led by New Enterprise Associates, bringing its total funding to $120 million. The round also saw participation from Index Ventures, Bpifrance, Speedinvest, Wintermute Ventures, and several angel investors. With this new capital, Spiko plans to launch additional products, expand into key European markets—including Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, and the Nordics—and grow its team. The company’s tokenized funds, operating on public blockchains and supporting multiple currencies, have experienced rapid adoption. Currently, over 10,000 businesses and individuals across more than 25 jurisdictions use Spiko’s platform. Assets under management have surged to $2.7 billion, reflecting significant growth in the past year. Spiko’s platform enables both direct users and financial institutions to access and integrate regulated cash funds, aiming to make cash management more efficient and programmable.
