DeFi Development Corp. doubled NAV per share and grew Solana holdings to 2.56M SOL ($302M). The firm paid its first CHAD dividend and stakes SOL via its validator, boosting income and treasury growth.

DeFi Development Corp., a Nasdaq-listed company, reported preliminary Q3 results showing its net asset value (NAV) per share more than doubled between August 12 and September 30, 2026. The firm increased its Solana (SOL) holdings by 26,203 tokens since September 28, now holding around 2.56 million SOL and equivalents, valued at $302 million—an 11% rise since the last update. While the pace of SOL accumulation has slowed compared to previous weeks, the company continues to expand its treasury. On October 1, DeFi Development paid its first dividend on CHAD preferred stock at a 13% annual rate. The company also stakes its SOL through its own validator, earning both commissions and staking rewards. Additionally, cash and cash equivalents more than doubled, while SOL-denominated borrowings decreased. These developments highlight substantial growth in both NAV per share and Solana treasury, strengthening the company’s position in the DeFi sector.
