Grayscale announces 3:1 split for Zcash ETF

Grayscale will conduct a 3:1 split for its Zcash ETF (ZCSH). Shareholders will receive two extra shares per share owned, with no change to their total investment value.

Grayscale has announced a 3:1 stock split for its Zcash ETF (ZCSH), which has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange since August 25. Shareholders of record as of the close on September 28 will receive two additional shares for each share they own. The distribution of new shares will occur after the close on September 29, with adjusted trading beginning on September 30. This stock split will triple the number of shares outstanding without altering the total value of shareholders’ investments. The move is intended to optimize liquidity and make the price per share more accessible to investors. Since its launch, the ZCSH fund has attracted over $233 million in net inflows, reaching nearly $890 million in net assets and surpassing $11 billion in cumulative trading volume. The announcement comes amid a strong rally in Zcash (ZEC) prices and record-high network mining activity.
