Polymarket appoints ex-Amazon CFO Warren Jenson
Polymarket names Warren Jenson as its first CFO to oversee finance and strategy, supporting U.S. expansion, global growth, and regulatory compliance.
Polymarket has appointed Warren Jenson, former CFO at Amazon, NBC, Delta Air Lines, Electronic Arts, and Nielsen, as its first chief financial officer. Jenson will oversee finance, capital strategy, and long-term planning, reporting directly to founder Shayne Coplan. This move comes as Polymarket seeks to regain competitiveness against rival Kalshi, scale its CFTC-regulated U.S. exchange, and expand internationally. The company recently achieved a $21 billion valuation following a $1 billion funding round, including a $300 million investment from 1789 Capital. Jenson, who also serves on the boards of Ripple, Dropbox, and DigitalOcean, is expected to enhance Polymarket’s financial management, institutional credibility, and regulatory compliance as the company pursues further growth.
