Capital B, a French Bitcoin treasury company, has raised €7.6 million through a private placement fully subscribed by Adam Back. The deal involved issuing 13.18 million shares at €0.58 each, bundled with four warrants per share, representing a 15.4% premium over the previous closing price. Net proceeds of about €7.3 million will be used to acquire an additional 376 BTC, potentially increasing Capital B’s Bitcoin holdings from 3,145 BTC to 3,521 BTC. If all warrants are exercised, the company could receive an extra €49.4 million in capital. Adam Back’s ownership stake will rise to 17.77% post-issuance, and could reach 27.8% if all warrants are exercised. A 10-for-1 reverse stock split is scheduled for September 8, which will adjust warrant exercise prices. This move marks a significant step in advancing Capital B’s Bitcoin treasury strategy and increasing Bitcoin per share.
