Kraken and Deutsche Börse Unite to Transform Institutional Crypto Access
Kraken and Deutsche Börse partner to unify traditional and digital asset markets, offering seamless institutional access to trading, custody, and tokenized assets, with plans to expand into derivatives and tokenized securities.
Kraken and Deutsche Börse have announced a strategic partnership to unify access to traditional and digital asset markets for institutional clients. The collaboration will leverage Deutsche Börse’s regulated infrastructure and Kraken’s crypto expertise to provide seamless trading, custody, settlement, collateral management, and tokenized asset services. In the initial phase, Kraken will integrate with Deutsche Börse’s FX platform 360T, granting clients access to deep bank-grade FX liquidity and improving fiat on- and off-ramp efficiency. The partnership will also enable banks and fintechs to offer compliant crypto trading and custody through advanced white-label solutions. Subject to regulatory approval, listed derivatives from Eurex will become tradable on Kraken, expanding access to Europe’s regulated futures and options markets. The alliance will further focus on tokenization, integrating tokenized stocks and securities, and establishing a two-way gateway between U.S. and European institutional markets, aiming to create a comprehensive, frictionless experience for institutional participants.
