Cantor Fitzgerald brings Kalshi event contracts to institutions
Cantor Fitzgerald is giving 3,000 institutional clients access to block trading in Kalshi’s event contracts, with Susquehanna providing liquidity—a major step for institutional prediction markets.
Cantor Fitzgerald has launched a significant initiative to offer around 3,000 institutional clients—including hedge funds and family offices—access to block trading in event contracts on Kalshi, a CFTC-regulated prediction market platform. As an introducing broker, Cantor will facilitate large-volume trades in contracts linked to events such as weather, commodities, corporate performance, and technology trends. Susquehanna International Group will provide institutional-scale pricing and liquidity for these transactions. This move positions Cantor among the first full-service investment banks to integrate regulated event contracts into Wall Street’s institutional trading infrastructure. The collaboration enables clients to hedge risks and speculate on event outcomes, with the flexibility to propose new market themes. Kalshi’s institutional expansion follows its first bulk transaction earlier this year, signaling a shift in how prediction markets are used for risk management and investment strategies.
