Securitize and Neuberger launch HINC tokenized fund
Securitize and Neuberger Berman launched HINC, a tokenized fund investing in high-yield bonds and loans on Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana, and Sui. The launch marks Neuberger’s first subadvisor role in tokenized finance.
Securitize has introduced the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund (HINC), marking Neuberger Berman’s debut as a subadvisor to a tokenized fund. HINC primarily invests in high-yield bonds, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), leveraged loans, and other income-generating fixed-income assets. The fund is simultaneously deployed across four major blockchain networks: Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana, and Sui. This provides eligible investors with on-chain access to a diversified portfolio of fixed-income assets. Securitize oversees tokenization, administration, and distribution, while Neuberger Berman handles portfolio management and research. HINC offers 24/7 trading, potential daily dividend distributions, and is available exclusively to accredited investors and qualified purchasers, with full KYC and AML compliance. Following the launch, Securitize Corp. (SECZ) stock rose nearly 6%. This collaboration blends traditional fixed-income expertise with blockchain technology, expanding the market for tokenized investment products.
