Proceeds were used to repurchase $132.2 million in STRC preferred stock, fund $52.4 million in STRC dividends, and increase U.S. dollar reserves by about $150 million, bringing the total to $4.8 billion. These actions extended the company's USD reserve duration to 2.8 years and reinforced support for its preferred stock. No Bitcoin was sold this week, and the company signaled potential future purchases. The market responded with a slight increase in STRC's price and greater confidence in the company's financial stability.
