21Shares Unveils Ethena & Morpho ETPs, Tokens Surge on Launch

21Shares launched ETPs for Ethena and Morpho on major European exchanges, boosting token prices and expanding regulated DeFi access for investors. The move highlights growing demand for digital asset investment in Europe.

21Shares has launched two new exchange-traded products (ETPs) in Europe, focusing on the altcoins Ethena (ENA) and Morpho (MORPHO). These ETPs, now listed on major European exchanges such as SIX Swiss Exchange, Euronext Amsterdam, and Euronext Paris, provide investors with regulated access to decentralized finance (DeFi) infrastructure. The introduction of the 21Shares Ethena ETP (EENA) and Morpho ETP (MORPH) has led to significant price surges for both tokens, with ENA rising by nearly 16-18% and MORPHO by 7%. Ethena’s protocol engine, USDe, aims to maintain a $1 peg through a delta-neutral hedging strategy, while Morpho offers a permissionless lending platform supporting billions in deposits. The ETPs are available in both USD and EUR, lowering barriers for European investors seeking exposure to these DeFi assets. The launches mark a notable expansion of 21Shares’ product suite, now exceeding 55 publicly traded ETPs in Europe, and reflect growing institutional and retail interest in digital asset investment opportunities.
