Figure and Bullish post strong Q2 results, stocks surge

Figure and Bullish posted strong Q2 2026 results, with Figure’s revenue and profit more than doubling and Bullish’s stock up 11% on record subscription growth.

Figure Technology Solutions delivered an impressive Q2 2026, with net revenue reaching $225–226 million—more than double the previous year. Net income surged 192% to $87 million, and diluted EPS hit $0.35, surpassing analyst expectations by over 50%. This growth was fueled by the company’s consumer loan marketplace, where transaction volumes soared 132% to $4.3 billion, with Figure Connect contributing 65% of the total. The SEC-registered YLDS token also grew, reaching $598 million in outstanding value. FIGR shares climbed over 10% following the announcement. Bullish also posted robust Q2 results, with its stock rising 11% after a 62% year-over-year increase in subscription and services revenue, alongside improved adjusted EBITDA. The company raised its full-year outlook and pointed to the upcoming $4.2 billion Equiniti acquisition as a major catalyst. However, management cautioned that risks remain if crypto trading volumes stay weak or if the acquisition faces delays.
