Dinari and tZERO unveil unified platform for tokenized equities
Dinari and tZERO partner to offer broker-dealers a unified, regulated platform for tokenized U.S. equities, featuring 24/7 trading, fractional execution, and stablecoin settlement.
Dinari and tZERO have formed a strategic partnership to launch a unified, turnkey platform for tokenized U.S. equities, specifically targeting broker-dealers. This collaboration integrates Dinari’s dShares technology—which issues tokens backed one-to-one by stocks or ETFs held in regulated custody—with tZERO’s regulated brokerage, custody, clearing, settlement, and shareholder servicing infrastructure. The joint platform is designed to simplify how financial firms offer blockchain-based equity products. Key features include 24/7 trading, fractional execution, stablecoin-enabled settlement, dividend processing, automated corporate actions, proxy support, and flexible custody models. This alliance is positioned as a major step in bridging traditional market liquidity with the efficiency of distributed ledger technology. It is expected to accelerate institutional adoption and trading volumes of tokenized securities in the second half of 2026. Future plans include expanding services with DeFi-compatible programs and enhanced API connectivity for neobanks, fintechs, and investment advisors.
