Inveniam to acquire MANTRA, uniting AI and RWA blockchain
Inveniam will acquire MANTRA, integrating its RWA blockchain and ecosystem with Inveniam’s AI-ready infrastructure to expand digital asset solutions for institutional markets.
Inveniam Capital Partners has announced its intention to acquire MANTRA and its affiliated entities, with the transaction expected to close by June 30, 2026. This follows Inveniam’s $20 million strategic investment in MANTRA in August 2025 and their collaboration on the launch of NVNM Chain, a Layer 2 blockchain built on MANTRA Chain. The acquisition aims to merge MANTRA’s regulated real-world asset (RWA) blockchain with Inveniam’s AI-ready private-market data infrastructure. This integration will support institutional digital finance and AI-driven applications, strengthening both companies’ positions in the digital asset space. MANTRA’s brand, team, chain, native gas token, MANTRA Finance, and mantraUSD will continue to operate under Inveniam’s ownership, with the MANTRA community joining the broader Inveniam ecosystem. MANTRA holds a Virtual Asset Service Provider license from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority, enabling it to offer a range of digital asset services. The NVNM Chain provides cryptographic verification of private market asset data, maintaining confidentiality by keeping sensitive data off-chain. This acquisition underscores a strategic focus on the intersection of AI, RWA tokenization, and blockchain infrastructure for institutional and private market participants.
