Strive has significantly increased its Bitcoin holdings, acquiring 1,109 BTC at an average price of $76,989 per coin between May 19 and May 22, 2026. This purchase boosts its total reserves to 16,500 BTC, making Strive the seventh-largest publicly traded company holding Bitcoin, surpassing both Coinbase and Riot Platforms. The company finances these acquisitions through at-the-market share sales and SATA preferred stock, rather than relying solely on profits. Strive's cash and cash equivalents have grown to $93.3 million, and its holdings in Strategy Inc.'s STRC preferred stock now exceed $50 million. ASST shares have surged 133% over the past three months, outperforming other Bitcoin treasury firms, though they remain below their 2025 peak. Strive is also considering updates to its capital-raising programs to support further Bitcoin purchases, underscoring its aggressive growth strategy in the cryptocurrency sector.
