Fidelity launches FILQ: Tokenized fund with real-time NAV

Fidelity International debuts FILQ, a tokenized fund with Sygnum and Chainlink, offering 24/7 digital access to government-backed securities and real-time NAV, rated AAA-mf by Moody’s.

Fidelity International has introduced its first tokenized fund, the Fidelity USD Digital Liquidity Fund (FILQ), in collaboration with Sygnum Bank and Chainlink. FILQ provides investors with 24/7 access to low-risk, government-backed securities in a digital format, featuring instant settlement and real-time Net Asset Value (NAV) updates via Chainlink’s decentralized oracle network. The fund is issued through Sygnum’s Desygnate tokenization platform and operates on a permissioned Ethereum network, ensuring only approved wallets can transact. FILQ has earned a AAA-mf rating from Moody’s, the highest grade for money market funds, reflecting strong credit quality and liquidity. This launch represents a significant advancement in integrating traditional finance with blockchain technology, enhancing transparency and efficiency in capital markets.
