21Shares has introduced the Strategy Yield ETN (STRC) on the London Stock Exchange, providing UK investors access to Strategy Inc.'s perpetual preferred equity, backed by over 815,000 BTC in reserves. The STRC ETN offers an annualized yield of 11.50%, paid monthly in cash, and features zero management fees. Denominated in British pounds, the ETN can be traded through standard brokerage accounts, allowing investors to gain bitcoin-linked income exposure without directly holding bitcoin. The product tracks 'Stretch,' a variable rate Series A perpetual preferred stock issued by Strategy Inc., with its distribution rate reviewed monthly to maintain price stability. 21Shares already holds a significant share of the UK crypto ETN market, and this launch further diversifies its offerings beyond traditional crypto token tracking. Previously listed on Euronext Amsterdam, the STRC ETN now strengthens 21Shares' presence in both the UK and European markets.
