BitMine Immersion Technologies has notably expanded its Ethereum holdings, acquiring 101,627 ETH last week—its largest weekly purchase since December 2025. This brings BitMine’s total ETH holdings to approximately 4.98 million, representing about 4.12% of the total Ethereum supply and making it the largest corporate holder of ETH. The company is now 82% of the way toward its goal of acquiring 5% of the total ETH supply. BitMine’s overall portfolio, which includes cryptocurrencies, cash, and equity investments, is valued at $12.9 billion. Of its ETH holdings, around 3.33 million tokens (worth $7.7 billion) are staked, generating significant annualized yield. BitMine continues to accumulate ETH during a period of market volatility, while most other large treasuries have slowed or stopped purchases. Its staking operations are anchored by the MAVAN platform, targeting institutional clients. BitMine’s leadership believes the current crypto “mini-winter” may be ending, citing ongoing institutional demand and Ethereum’s growing role in blockchain tokenization and AI applications.
