Flow Capital tokenizes $150M credit fund, eyes $250M goal
Flow Capital Partners will tokenize its $150M credit fund on DigiFT, aiming to raise $30M more this year and scale to $250M by 2026, reflecting the growing trend of blockchain adoption in asset management.
Flow Capital Partners, headquartered in Hong Kong, plans to move its $150 million private credit fund onchain via the DigiFT platform by the end of this month. Launched in June 2025, the fund will offer tokenized shares to investors, who can subscribe using fiat or stablecoins, with all positions recorded on the blockchain. Flow Capital aims to raise an additional $30 million in tokenized shares by year-end and targets scaling the fund to $250 million by the end of 2026. This move aligns with a broader trend of traditional asset managers adopting blockchain infrastructure to expand access, improve distribution, and tap into the rapidly growing real-world asset tokenization market. DigiFT, regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, provides a permissioned blockchain and regulated exchange venue, ensuring compliant investor onboarding and custody. Flow Capital’s initiative demonstrates practical blockchain adoption in fund distribution and positions the firm within the competitive market for tokenized financial products.
