Paxos Labs secures $12M for enterprise stablecoin tools

Paxos Labs raised $12M led by Blockchain Capital to expand its Amplify platform, offering enterprise tools for stablecoin issuance, digital asset yields, and loans.

Paxos Labs, a spin-off from stablecoin issuer Paxos, has secured $12 million in a funding round led by Blockchain Capital. Other participants included Robot Ventures, Maelstrom, and Uniswap Labs. This capital will accelerate the development of Paxos Labs' Amplify platform and expand its suite of enterprise-focused blockchain products. The company is building modules for institutional-grade yields, asset-backed loans, and white-label stablecoin issuance. Paxos Labs aims to provide large enterprises and financial institutions with technology and compliance-ready infrastructure to create and manage their own branded stablecoins. The funding round was a targeted effort leveraging existing investor relationships, with the valuation undisclosed. Early partners integrated into the Amplify platform include Aleo, Hyperbeat, and Toku, reflecting growing institutional demand for programmable money and digital dollar rails.
