Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) has announced the signing of $750 million in tokenization contracts during the first quarter of 2026, generating approximately $77 million in associated fees. These contracts span four asset categories, including copper and gold mining, with fees covering banking, IP licensing, minting, and related services. The company reported revenues of $39.09 million over the past twelve months, reflecting a year-over-year growth of more than 1,300%. Despite this impressive growth, Datavault AI remains unprofitable, posting a loss per share of $0.52. These new contracts support Datavault AI's previously stated full-year 2026 revenue guidance of at least $200 million. Additionally, the company plans to relaunch four exchange platforms this quarter—Information Data Exchange, Sports Illustrated Exchange, New York Interactive Advertising Exchange, and International Elements Exchange—featuring AI-driven valuation, smart contracts, and transparent trading for data and tokenized real-world assets.
