AVAX One Technology Ltd. (NASDAQ: AVX) has signed a Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) proposal for a 10-megawatt AI and high-performance computing micro-grid data center at the 4-31 Battery site in Alberta, Canada. BlueFlare Energy Solutions, an Alberta-based data center implementation firm, will lead the FEED study, focusing on technical foundations, regulatory pathways, and project cost frameworks. The study will be conducted without upfront capital from AVAX One and will include an independent analysis by a pre-qualified international engineering firm. The 4-31 Battery site offers behind-the-meter natural gas-to-power capabilities, proximity to 138 kV transmission infrastructure, redundant fiber connectivity, and access to Highway 36, making it a strategic location for the project. Additionally, AVAX One completed the acquisition of 220 Bitmain Antminer S21 Pro ASIC mining machines. This purchase is expected to increase the company’s total hash rate capacity in Alberta by approximately 33%, from about 150 petahash to over 200 petahash, with a capital investment of less than $500,000.
