H100 Group to become Europe’s No.2 Bitcoin treasury

H100 Group aims to acquire Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS, boosting its Bitcoin holdings to 3,501 BTC and becoming Europe’s second-largest Bitcoin treasury company.

H100 Group, a Swedish technology and Bitcoin-focused company, has signed a letter of intent to acquire Norwegian Bitcoin firms Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS in an all-stock transaction. If completed, this deal will add approximately 2,450 BTC to H100’s current 1,051 BTC, bringing the total to around 3,501 BTC, valued at about $240 million. The structure of the deal enables sellers to retain Bitcoin exposure by exchanging their shares for newly issued H100 stock, with no cash involved. This move would make H100 the second-largest Bitcoin treasury company in Europe, trailing only Germany’s Bitcoin Group. The final agreement is expected by April 22, with closing anticipated after H100’s annual general meeting, though reported AGM dates differ. Leadership from the acquired firms will join H100, which has also indicated plans for further Bitcoin acquisitions. Despite these strategic steps, H100’s shares have declined significantly over the past year, reflecting broader market pressures on Bitcoin treasury companies.
