Strive overtakes Tesla in corporate Bitcoin holdings

Strive, Inc. now holds 13,628 BTC, surpassing Tesla to join the top 10 public corporate Bitcoin holders. The company grew its position through investments, acquisitions, and capital market activities.

Strive, Inc., founded by Vivek Ramaswamy and listed on Nasdaq as ASST, has entered the top ten public corporate Bitcoin holders globally. The company recently acquired an additional 317 BTC, bringing its total holdings to approximately 13,628 BTC as of March 18, 2026. This move places Strive ahead of Tesla and CleanSpark, with its Bitcoin treasury now valued at nearly $954 million. Strive built its position through initial private investments, the acquisition of Semler Scientific, and capital markets activities, including its IPO and preferred stock offerings. The firm raised over $250 million via its SATA preferred stock, using part of the proceeds to repay debt. Despite reporting a net loss of $393.6 million in Q4 2025, mainly due to declines in Bitcoin's fair value, Strive achieved a 22.2% Bitcoin yield in the quarter. The company continues to expand its digital asset portfolio and allocated $50 million to perpetual preferred shares of Strategy, deepening its involvement in Bitcoin-related investments.
