Streamex appoints Christine Plummer as CFO for gold token
Streamex named Christine Plummer as CFO to lead financial operations and drive the growth of its gold-backed token, GLDY, merging traditional finance with blockchain.
Streamex, a Nasdaq-listed technology and financial company specializing in tokenizing real-world assets, has named Christine Plummer as its new Chief Financial Officer. Plummer brings over twenty years of experience from Morgan Stanley, where she held senior finance roles, and has also served as Global Controller at Coinbase. Her appointment supports Streamex’s strategy to expand its institutional business and accelerate the development of its gold-backed token, GLDY. Launched in February, GLDY offers investors exposure to gold and potential yield generation. Plummer will oversee Streamex’s global financial operations and lead efforts to integrate traditional asset management with blockchain infrastructure. The company notes this move aligns with the broader financial sector trend of digitizing commodities to enhance accessibility and efficiency for investors.
